We want you to love your Amerons piece. Because many goods are handcrafted, imported, or oversized, our policy balances flexibility with the realities of international shipping.
Return Windows by Category
- Furniture and large decor: standard items may be returned within 30 days if pristine and unaltered.
- Luxury textiles: unused and unwashed pieces may be returned within 14 days in original packaging.
- Organic foods and consumables: not returnable for food safety unless damaged or defective on arrival.
- Custom and made-to-order items: final sale after consultation and approval.
The Return Process
- Email returns@amerons.com with your order number, item details, and reason.
- Our team reviews the request and issues an RMA when approved.
- Approved returns ship back by parcel label or scheduled White Glove pickup.
- Refunds are issued after inspection, minus applicable freight or restocking fees.
