Shipping & Delivery
- In-stock USA items usually ship within 1-3 business days.
- Made-to-order furniture can take 8-12 weeks because of craft, sea freight, and clearance.
- White Glove Delivery includes scheduled appointment, room placement, unpacking, assembly, and packaging removal.
Returns & Policies
- Standard furniture may be returned within 30 days if pristine.
- Textiles must be unused and returned within 14 days.
- Consumables are not returnable unless damaged or defective on arrival.
