Our Shipping Philosophy

Because our products are specialized and often sourced directly from Sri Lankan artisans, delivery timelines and methods reflect the care required to transport exceptional goods safely.

Delivery Timelines

  • In-stock USA warehouse items: process in 1-3 business days and generally arrive in 3-7 business days.
  • Made-to-order furniture: 8-12 weeks including crafting, sea freight, and customs clearance.
  • Textiles and organic foods shipped from Sri Lanka: 3-6 weeks via expedited air cargo.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Standard parcel delivery is used for foods, smaller textiles, and light decor.
  • White Glove Delivery is required for large furniture and includes appointment scheduling, room-of-choice delivery, unpacking, assembly, and packaging removal.

Important Considerations

  • Amerons handles import logistics for USA customers.
  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are not supported for oversized shipments.
  • Orders over $500 may require adult signature.
